Stuffed Eggs Recipe

I love the Carnivore Diet ..Sorta...

And Contrary to opinion Eggs do not raise cholesterol.

According to Francisco Lopez-Jimenez, M.D. Chicken eggs are an affordable source of protein and other nutrients. They're also naturally high in cholesterol. But the cholesterol in eggs doesn't seem to raise cholesterol levels the way some other foods, such as those high in trans fats and saturated fats, do.

While on the carnivore Diet I lost weight and felt great

I did however miss my fruits and vegetables and i didn’t want to supplement a lot so I've softened it.

But I do about 80 Grams of Protein daily.

But there is one thing I won't drop that’s my delicious stuffed eggs.

Here is my recipe.

8 eggs hard boiled

Halve them and use a spoon to remove the yoke

Place yokes in a bowl

Mash them up with a fork

Add Small Curd Cottage Cheese 2 Tlbs

Add Dejon Mustard 1 tsp

Add Yellow Mustard tsp

Just enough

Mix well

Stuff Eggs

Halve Olives and place on top

There it is

They are not beautifulI But delicious.

I eat these every day! Sometimes i put crumbled up bacon on them Not bacon Bits Real Bacon.
